NEW FCI STANDARD for FRENCH BULLDOGS

The FCI (Federation Cynologique Internationale), a world canine organization that inludes most European countries, as well as countries in South and Central America and the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, has a new Breed Standard for French Bulldogs.  This Standard was written by the Club du Bouledogue Français, which is considered to be the 'parent' club for the breed among all the FCI countries.
